"LONDON, WHEN ARE U GONNA FEEL LIKE HOME? is a narrative-driven body of work rooted in identity, displacement, and the search for belonging. Told in chronological order, the album charts a story of emotional turbulence, self-discovery, and quiet transformation. Written during moments in between relentless touring schedules (Martins is a sought after guitarist for artists such as Loyle Carner, Amaarae, Biig Piig, Rina Sawayama, Mabel and many more) and assembled through an intricate, DIY recording process, the project unfolds like a personal journey. The title was the first sentence Martins wrote when starting the record - a question that encapsulates the emotional turbulence of carving out a home in a place that doesn’t quite feel like one.
