THE FATHOMLESS MASTERY – Swedish brutality unleashed on limited edition clear vinyl

 

Following the brilliant and brutal Unblessing The Purity EP, Bloodbath's 2008 studio opus, The Fathomless Mastery, is reissued on limited edition clear vinyl via Peaceville Records. As a cornerstone of extreme metal, this album is described by Metal Hammer as "a near-flawless celebration of Swedish brutality".

 

Recorded and mixed at Ghost Ward Studios with engineering duties by David Castillo, The Fathomless Mastery delivers a mix of classic Stockholm sound and newfound technical intensity, featuring a standout performance from Mikael Åkerfeldt and the introduction of guitarist Per 'Sodomizer' Eriksson.
