Lead single and statement of intent from the 10th Public Image Ltd (PiL) studio album What The World Needs Now..Double Trouble is backed by 'Bettie Page' and also the additional non-album bonus track 'Turkey Tits. The artwork for the single, partly inspired by Native American Hopi characters, was designed and hand drawn by John Lydon.
