Making their intentions clear since 1984, New York City's SHEER TERROR have a long, ugly, and proud tradition of playing by their own rules and working at their own pace. Thankfully for us, that pace has quickened in the last few years as the reformation of the unloved has brought a slew of live appearances and the first of hopefully many new recordings.
