Sodom is a German thrash metal band that was founded in Gelsenkirchen in 1981 and, alongside Kreator, Destruction, and Tankard, is one of the “Big Four” of German thrash metal. In their 43-year career, they have released 18 studio albums and tour tirelessly around the world, thrilling a loyal fan base in front of sold-out festival and club audiences. Their fan club, the Sodomaniacs, is also very active. Their latest studio album reached number 5 in the German charts.

 

This reissue of their sixth album, “Get What You Deserve,” was originally released in 1994. It was only available in a limited edition on vinyl and has not been available on CD for a long time. The original album was remastered under the supervision of former guitarist Andy Brings, who also created a brand new remix of the album. 

 

The triple CD edition includes the remastered studio album, a previously unreleased 2026 remix of the album, and the new remaster and remix of the EP “Aber Bitte Mit Sahne!”
