NAPALM DEATH

 More from this Band

The most influential Grindcore album ever and the release that kick started Earache Records receives a special anniversary redux and is a limited edition. Originally released in 1987, 'Scum' is celebrating 20 years of influence on punk, grindcore, death metal and all sorts in between.

The DVD features a brand new exclusive 45 minute documentary - 'The Scum Story'. The documentary centres around the recollections and memories of Mick Harris - the only member of the band to play on both 'sides' of 'Scum' as he talks intimately about the band's early days and progression. Harris conducts us on a tour of early Napalm Death haunts - The Mermaid Pub in Birmingham where the band were regular features; Rich Bitch Studios, also in Birmingham, where the band recorded. Harris also gets behind the drum kit for the first time in a decade to explain and demonstrate the legendary 'blast beat' technique.
