It has taken five years for the "Vallekanos" to make a statement with "GAME OVER". A blow that we needed to hear and listen to, for the will to live and to fight, for SKA-P, for the awakening of the music and its lyrics. Recorded and produced once again by Tony López, the result is once again spectacular. A richer and more modern sound without losing their ska essence, with new rhythms, but without a doubt and despite all this mix and match, maintaining their characteristic sound, that SKA-P SOUND that has taken them around the world. 

The 12 tracks contained in GAME OVER are declaration of intent, an awakening. Even though 5 years have passed, the problems within society remain the same. SKA-P haven’t settled down and they stick to their guns, with a discourse that we hope will be our dawn in the face of many problems. The message is clear: fight for your rights. The oppressed people will overcome their troubles with their struggle and hard work. No holds barred lyrics, not afraid to tell the truth, that truth that others try to silence out of FEAR. The struggle must continue to achieve the revolution. THE PEOPLE UNITED WILL NEVER BE DEFEATED.

GAME OVER is 12 poisoned darts straight to the oppressor, 12 beams of hope to the SKA-P audience, where the SKA rhythms are blended with the aggro of punk, the feel-good vibes of reggae, Latin rhythms and more current sounds, with first class arrangements and without losing the essence that we’re all looking for in the band.
