“Kna'an” is the musical manifest of a cooperation by Israeli metal bands ORPHANED LAND and AMASEFFER, which contains the soundtrack to a metalized theatre play originally performed for the first time in 2014 under the German title: "Kanaan - Die Geschichte des Abraham". For this purpose, Kobi Farhi (Orphaned Land) and Erez Yohanan (Amaseffer) created various ballads and metal songs, which pick up on this modernized version of the biblical story of Abraham and its characters. Following up on the much lauded latest ORPHANED LAND album “All Is One” (2013), this is a more experimental yet absolutely fascinating opus that is a must for all fans of oriental metal!
