High Roller Records reissue the classic second album by DESTRUCTION on transparent Piss Yellow vinyl!!!
Released in 1986, it showed a band that had moved away from their early, more black metal influenced style towards a “purer” form of thrash. Destruction had decided to go into a more technical direction and thus the album is more grown up and more mature than its predecessor – still fast though, of course, but with more tempo changes and some – for their own standards – progressive elements.

Reissue of the classic second album by DESTRUCTION!!!
Released in 1986, it showed a band that had moved away from their early, more black metal influenced style towards a “purer” form of thrash
The sound of “Eternal Devastation” is definitely ass-kicking: it is sharp and clear, but also very abrasive and ultra-aggressive – one of the most prominent trademarks of the album.
Recorded “in April 1986 in a small studio in a tiny Bavarian town called Hilpoltstein
The album was skilfully mastered by Patrick W. Engel at Temple of Disharmony, and the original 1986 sound was perfectly persevered.
The iconic cover artwork for “Eternal Devastation” was contributed by well-reputed German artist Sebastian Krüger, a pioneer of New Pop Realism, whose works are collected by people as illustrious as the Rolling Stones
