2016 - 2018 has been a renaissance period for Blaze, with the completion of a third successive and very extensive tour of Europe and UK, as well as prestigious slots at the inaugural Heavy Scotland festival, Dong Open Air (Germany) and Sabaton Open Air (Sweden). Blaze also toured 26 shows coast-to-coast in North America during this period.
This latest vinyl release will be promoted during a continuing world tour which in August-September includes a second leg of European shows, after which he will play a run of acoustic shows with Thomas Zwijsen and Anne Bakker across Europe.
Blaze recorded the latest album with his main musicians picked from British metal band Absolva - Chris Appleton (guitar, backing vocals), Martin McNee (drums), Karl Schramm (bass, backing vocals). The record also contains a talented array of collaborators; Luke Appleton (Iced Earth / Absolva) - backing vocals, Chris Jericho (Fozzy) – backing vocals, Michelle Sciarrotta - nylon acoustic, backing vocals, voice actor, Jo Robinson - backing vocals, Mel Adams - backing vocals, Liz Owen – backing vocals.
